By attending MedicareCon, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the Event.
You grant MedicareCon, Brock Insurance, and their affiliates the right to use your image, likeness, voice, name, and related content for promotional, educational, commercial, and marketing purposes in any media format without additional compensation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on this Website and at MedicareCon, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, presentations, videos, educational materials, speaker content, and event branding, is owned by or licensed to MedicareCon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Sponsor and Exhibitor Participation
Sponsors and exhibitors agree to comply with all event guidelines, venue requirements, and applicable laws.

- Relocate exhibit spaces when necessary for operational purposes.
